1. Copyright policy
GoonZone respects the intellectual property rights of others. We do not host, own or upload the content shared inside our community. Our service is a paid access layer that points members to external platforms and tools where the underlying content is stored and controlled by third parties.
2. Reporting infringing material
If you believe that material accessible through or promoted on GoonZone infringes your copyright, you may submit a written takedown notice to the email address listed below. Your notice must include: (a) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent, (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, (c) identification of the material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it, (d) your contact information, (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, and (f) a statement that the information is accurate, under penalty of perjury.
3. Counter-notice
If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing your signature, identification of the removed material, your contact information, a consent to local jurisdiction, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
4. What we can do
Because we do not host the content, we will review the request, remove any promotional links or references to the material on our site if the notice is valid, and forward the request to the relevant third-party service where the content is actually hosted. We may also suspend or terminate access for members who are repeat infringers.
5. Repeat infringer policy
Members who are repeatedly reported for sharing or promoting infringing material will have their access suspended and their Discord role removed without refund.
