1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to access GoonZone or purchase VIP access. By using the site you confirm that you meet this requirement and that adult content is legal where you live.
2. What you are buying
VIP and ULTIMATE are one-time payments granting lifetime access to the corresponding role in our Discord community. There are no recurring charges. Access is personal, non-transferable and tied to the Discord account used at checkout.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are shown in USD and may include applicable taxes at checkout.
4. Refunds
Because access is delivered instantly and digitally, purchases are final. If your role was not applied or you were charged twice, contact us and we will fix it or refund the duplicate charge.
5. Acceptable use
Do not share, resell, mirror or redistribute content or invites. Do not attempt to bypass access controls. Harassment, illegal content and any content involving minors are strictly forbidden and reported.
6. Termination
We may suspend or remove access without refund if these terms are broken. We may also change or discontinue parts of the service, in which case existing members keep access to what remains available.
7. Trademarks and third-party brands
Discord and the Discord logo are trademarks of Discord Inc. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and any other names or logos shown on this site are the property of their respective owners. GoonZone does not own, claim ownership of, or represent any of these brands, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them. All such marks are used purely to identify the platforms and payment methods we work with.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.
